In April 2017, Ante embarked on an adventure to the Middle East with somewhat clouded views of the region, but the journey quickly evolved into one of great discovery. The photographer travelled from a 200-year-old village in the mountains of Oman to the endless ochre deserts in Jordan. He captured the unspoken beauty of towns, cities and the people that freckle the desert plains all the way back to the mountain peaks.
