SHIPPING

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Our prints are carefully rolled and shipped in rigid fibreboard tubes. Framed orders are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double-wall cardboard packaging. All prints and framed orders are shipped from Australia.

Worldwide Shipping - $30 - $90 AUD determined by order volume, weight and size.
Australia Shipping - $15 AUD flat rate for all orders and products.

PRODUCTION TIME

Each product is individually printed and frames hand cut and carefully assembled. Please allow 3-7 business days in order to prepare your prints and 7-10 for framed orders.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING

Once the production and preparation of an order are complete, the estimated shipping below applies.

North America: 5-10 business days. 

Europe: 7-14 business days. 

Australia, New Zealand: 5-10 business days. 

Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days.

Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-20 business days. 

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, we can’t guarantee them due to elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for the below reasons:

  • Border restrictions due to COVID-19 and other instability

  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, operational constraints, international factors

  • High demand periods

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal and AfterPay.

Refund policy

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We take pride in the production and fulfilment of your order. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so let us know immediately if there are any issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within two days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund. Returns are not offered on sale items or gift cards.

If the product is damaged in transit, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to contact@antebadzim.com. We'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund you against your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
