Reflect on the tracks you have made, they serve as reminders of how far you have come and that only you are in control how far you go. This has been a big year for me, so I am taking time to acknowledge my personal achievements. The most valuable to me is the progress I have made with the crippling anxiety I have had most of my life. It’s a good time to also thank my family and friends who have been my lifeline and who without I truly wouldn’t be here today.

Early morning rise in   Sri Lanka   hoping to catch a glimpse of some whales. The harbour with its endless boats and subtle light from sunrise made for a painting like image.     There are people in this photo but it’s a bit like Where’s Wally? Olympus AU   E-M1 + 12-60mm f/2.8
